All orders are shipped from Portugal via Correios de Portugal (CTT).
All orders are subject to a 1 - 5 business days processing and order fulfillment period!
Order & Shipping Information
Orders are usually processed within 5 business days of purchase. Available shipping methods can be reviewed below. For further information regarding order and fulfillment, please refer to our FAQ.
International orders may be subject to customs fees and other relevant import taxes to your country. Swamphy is not responsible for these taxes and fees, which must be paid by the customer upon import.Please note that our processing times are the same for all shipping methods.
Estimated delivery times are the same across all international shipping methods, which are as follows:
- Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
- Rest of the World: 1 - 4 weeks
Standard Shipping
This is the most economical option we offer, providing no tracking number.
Tracked Shipping
Tracked delivery offers a more secure delivery by providing a tracking number.
Registered Shipping
Only available to certain countries due to the above shipping methods not being available. This offers the same benefits as Tracked Shipping.
Please note that neither Correio Normal nor Correio Azul offer a tracking number for domestic orders.
Correio Normal (Standard Mail)
This is the most economical option we offer. Estimated delivery times are 2 - 4 business days.
Correio Azul (Priority Mail)
Tracked delivery offers a more secure delivery by providing a tracking number. Estimated delivery times are 1 - 3 business days.
Correio Registado (Registered Mail)
The most secure domestic option that allows for trackable delivery. Estimated delivery times are 1 - 3 business days.
Additional Information
Customs Fees & Import Taxes
Depending on your country, they may charge you additional customs fees and import taxes before your order gets delivered to you.
Please be advised that we do not comply with requests to mark orders as "gift" to avoid these fees nor undervaluing the package contents. This is a felony, and could put our business at risk.
If you fail to pay these fees and your order gets returned to sender, shipping fees will not be refunded.
UK Delivery
Due to newly implemented laws in 2021, UK customers should expect to have to pay additional fees upon import of your order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for packages that are returned due to non-payment of these fees.
