Swamphy is a European small, online shop focusing on sweet, cuddly, and whimsical designs, first established in 2015 as a part-time passion project turned into a full-time, independently owned business since 2019.
The brand is inspired by the enchanting nature and adorable animals that inhabit it, whisking in a bit of whimsy and cozy charm to its creations.
It is based in the southern regions of Portugal and run by a single artist who's dedicated to sprout smiles globally. All purchases directly support their livelihood and to introduce more cute, wholesome products worldwide! ♥
The Artist
Hello, I'm Stèphanie, also known as Swamphy!
I'm a half-Dutch, half-Indonesian artist living in Portugal since little, and have been drawing since I could hold a pencil!
Art is a passion I've had my whole life, inspired by my love of animals, nature, and that vintage, fantasy, cottagecore-like charm. It is also my livelihood, creating everything from a small little office in my home.
Swamphy started out as a passion project back in around 2015 while I was still studying and picking it up full-time in 2019, where I learned the process of running a business and have since managed everything by myself, delving deeper into graphic design, product design, branding, coding, customer service, shipping and handling, and everything in between!
Seeing people enjoy my work and creations brings me endless joy, and I aim to always continue sprouting smiles with my designs! ♥
